Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to drive the acquisition of high-quality holiday homes. You will identify, evaluate, and secure properties that align with our investment strategy and brand standards. Your expertise in real estate negotiation and local market knowledge will be critical to expanding our holiday home portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential holiday home properties for acquisition. Conduct market research to assess property values, trends, and competitive landscapes. Source and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate partners. Coordinate and conduct property viewings, inspections, and appraisals. Negotiate purchase agreements and terms to secure the best value. Ensure due diligence and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and deliver acquisition proposals and reports to management. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to complete transactions smoothly. Stay up-to-date on local real estate markets and emerging opportunities.
Requirements

Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or acquisitions specialist. Strong knowledge of the holiday homes / vacation rental market is a plus. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong network within the local real estate community. Ability to analyze market data and property valuations. Understanding of property acquisition processes, legal documentation, and due diligence. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Driver's license and willingness to travel for property visits.
