Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our HR team and drive our recruitment strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across the organization. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies. Source and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, employee referrals, networking, etc.). Conduct structured interviews, assessments, and provide recommendations to hiring teams. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Implement innovative recruitment techniques to enhance candidate experience and employer branding. Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process. Mentor and support junior recruiters within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in

talent acquisition

, preferably within real estate, property development, or a fast-paced sales-driven industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. Strong business acumen with a focus on results and quality of hire.
