Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Arabic Speaker. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills Experience in Interviewing and Hiring Skills in Employer Branding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual (Arabic and English) Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
