for our premium off-plan projects across Dubai.Key Responsibilities
Actively approach and engage with walk-in visitors at mall and hotel kiosks. Present and promote Sobha Realty's
off-plan properties
with confidence and clarity. Collect accurate client information and record it in the CRM system. Follow up with potential clients throughcalls, WhatsApp, and emails
to schedule site visits. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and follow-up. Achieve a minimum of25 qualified site visits per month
. Maintain aclean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk
that reflects the Sobha brand. Consistently meet monthly targets and represent Sobha Realty professionally.Requirements
Prior experience in
real estate, retail sales, or promotional roles
(off-plan experience preferred).Females only.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
. Strong client-handling abilities and a target-driven mindset. Comfortable standing for long hours and working independently. Willing to work acrossdifferent mall locations
as assigned. Flexible withweekends, public holidays, and shift timings
