Job Description

We are looking for a

hands-on, dependable Projects Supervisor

to take charge of daily project delivery, workshop operations, and site execution. This person will act as the

right-hand to the owner

, managing teams, clients, and subcontractors across

fit-out, joinery, and MEP projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Joinery Factory Oversight

Supervise operations in our 6,500 sqft workshop Manage production timelines, resource allocation, and team output Enforce quality control, safety, and cleanliness standards Support setup of systems, rules, and workflow with the owner

Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee on-site fit-out, joinery, and MEP works Conduct site visits, take measurements, and guide technical execution Supervise workers and subcontractors to meet quality and deadlines Solve on-site problems quickly and confidently

Client & Project Management

Attend client meetings, take briefs, and support with quotations/BOQs Help close small and medium-sized jobs with professionalism Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution Track progress, variations, and snagging until job completion

Team & Resource Leadership

Manage and guide the in-house team of technicians, carpenters, and helpers Enforce discipline, time management, and accountability Train junior team members and lead by example

Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination

Handle sourcing, negotiation, and supervision of third-party subcontractors Ensure timelines, cost-efficiency, and quality from outsourced teams Coordinate deliveries, materials, and job readiness

Requirements:

Minimum

5-7 years' experience

in joinery, fit-out, or site execution roles Technically strong in carpentry, MEP basics, and construction practices

Engineering diploma or degree

preferred UAE experience with driving license strongly preferred Excellent site coordination, team management, and communication skills Willing to work across office, site, and factory environments Proactive, solution-oriented, and

not afraid to get hands dirty when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
