About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Procurement Lead - Fit-Out & Joinery

to independently manage the sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and delivery coordination for all fit-out and joinery materials and subcontractors. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in interior construction procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out and joinery works. Source materials, suppliers, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, and oversee tendering processes. Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate procurement. Coordinate with project managers, QS, design teams, and site teams. Prepare procurement schedules, purchase orders, and cost comparisons. Track long-lead items and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines. Evaluate joinery shop drawings, samples, and material submittals. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Monitor production (factory visits when needed) and conduct QA/QC checks.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in

fit-out and/or joinery procurement

(required). Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, hardware, and joinery production. Ability to read and interpret architectural and joinery drawings. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
