We're looking for a Foreman/Site Supervisor with a dynamic personality to lead our fit-out and joinery operations on-site. You'll be the driving force behind quality execution, team performance, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership
Supervise and coordinate carpenters, joiners, and laborers on fitout projects
Ensure work is executed per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks
Execution & Quality
Oversee joinery installation, finishing, and fitout works
Identify and resolve site issues proactively
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times
Coordination
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Manage material requirements and equipment on-site
Report daily progress and challenges to management
Team Management
Motivate and manage site teams for peak performance
Train workers on quality and safety protocols
Maintain discipline and productivity standards

On-time task completion rate
- % of work completed as per schedule
Quality compliance
- Zero/minimal rework or defects
Safety record
- Zero accidents and full HSE compliance

- Output vs. planned man-hours

Requirements
Experience & Skills
Minimum 5-7 years as Foreman/Supervisor in fit-out and joinery in UAE
Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and fit-out installations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
Hands-on problem solver with attention to detail
