Job Description

Projects Construction Manager



Supervise the full execution of construction projects

and ensure that all work is carried out according to drawings and technical specifications.

Manage the project team

, including engineers, supervisors, and contractors, and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion.

Monitor and update the project schedule

regularly and address any potential delays.

Manage the project budget

, control costs, and review claims and invoices.

Coordinate with consultants and clients

and resolve any technical issues or conflicts.

Prepare periodic progress reports

and submit them to senior management.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

on-site according to local and international regulations.

Follow up on material and equipment supplies

to ensure availability at the required time.

Manage project risks

and develop alternative plans to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Participate in project meetings

internally and externally and represent the company with clients and official authorities.
