Job Details :
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and procurement strategies, to optimize project delivery and minimize risks.
- Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance management
