Construction Manager
Minimum Experience: 15 years

The Construction Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the safe, efficient, and successful on-site execution of the project. This senior role leads all field construction activities, managing superintendents, subcontractors, and labor to achieve project milestones. The Construction Manager is the key point of contact for all site-related matters, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Manage and direct a large team of superintendents, engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement the construction execution plan, including logistics, manpower, and equipment mobilization.
• Ensure strict adherence to all HSE policies and procedures, promoting a zero-incident culture.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Lead daily/weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and the project team.
• Manage the site budget, control costs, and approve time sheets and material deliveries.
• Resolve technical and logistical issues that arise during construction.
• Coordinate with the Client's representatives and ensure client satisfaction with on-site progress.
• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with QA/QC requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of construction experience, with at least 8 years in a senior managerial role on major projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
