Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and infrastructure sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, government).
Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, government bodies, architects, and project stakeholders.
Lead project acquisition efforts including preparing proposals, attending bid meetings, and negotiating contracts.
Conduct market research to identify potential projects and monitor competitor activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition targets.
Maintain CRM and track pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and reporting.
Collaborate with estimating, design, and execution teams to prepare winning proposals and tenders.
