Position Summary
The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for large-scale commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key specifiers and decision-makers to ensure our luxury products are selected and specified. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project sales, exceptional networking skills, and a deep understanding of the building materials landscape in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities

  • Project Sales Management: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle for major projects, from initial lead generation and specification to final order closure and post-sale follow-up.
  • Key Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage and build lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, main contractors, and developers to understand their project requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Specification Driving: Influence product selection and secure specifications at the early design stages through technical presentations, site visits, and continuous engagement.
  • Pipeline and Target Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement and exceeding of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical support, logistics, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from quotation to timely delivery.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights to management.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Essential: A minimum of 5 years of proven project sales experience, specifically within the luxury building materials sector (e.g., high-end tiles, stone, wood, facade systems, sanitaryware, or related products).
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the specification sales process and the project lifecycle within the construction industry.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
