Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced and driven

Project Sales Manager

with a strong background in

architectural products

and

interior fit-out

solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-value B2B sales across construction and design sectors, developing key client relationships, and driving project-based revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to secure

fit-out and architectural project contracts

. Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with

consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors

, and

real estate developers

. Track project pipelines and proactively pitch solutions during design, tender, and execution phases. Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, technical) to deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations. Lead

end-to-end sales cycles

, from client engagement to negotiation and contract closure. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the

architectural and interior sectors

. Ensure post-sales support and customer satisfaction throughout project execution and handover. Achieve and exceed sales targets and regularly report performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture

,

Interior Design

,

Engineering

,

Business

, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5-8 years

of proven sales experience in

architectural products

,

fit-out

, or

construction-related

industries. Strong existing network within the

UAE/GCC construction and design ecosystem

(preferred).

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and translate design specifications into solutions. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic project tracking platforms.

Other Requirements



Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
