Job Responsibilities:

• Provide back office support to Sales Engineers with the following Task
• Preparing Quotation, project proposals with predefined formats
• Monitor Sales Enquiry on daily and maintain the records & follow ups on CRM
• Sales Order processing eg. Customer creation in system, credit approvals, Service Sales Report for job (transfer sheet) and submit to customer service team for execution.
• Updating sales enquiry & quotation records and updating on CRM against all Project Sales Engineers
• Maintaining enquiry, quotation, order status reports and updating on daily basis and reporting to management as required.
• Submit monthly KPI of enquiry response time( enquiry to quotation)
• Follow up for order bookings, and record warrantee to coordinate further with Service team
• Follow up of payments if necessary

• Minimum 3 year experience in sales coordinating role
• Familiar with sales process, report and related documents
• Previous experience in UAE or the Middle East
• Basic Knowledge of HVAC is an advantage

• Business or Engineering graduate

• Good communication skills in English (both written and oral compulsory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Lotus Notes
