Preferred candidate would be an MBA in marketing a team player that has worked with a pipe manufacturing company / package supply company / EPC Contracting Company for a period of 5-10 years with an understanding of various types of pipes, related products & their applications. - Candidate will be part of the core team for Qatar Business Development working under Sales Manager & General Manager and is expected to carry out the following activities: 1. business development in Qatar- Energy Market 2. Liaison with Oil Companies, EPC, Engineering Companies 3. Lead the Qualifications & Approvals Process 4. Follow-up on Tender / Projects 5. Get market information on upcoming projects 6. Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities 7. Generate leads with the clients 8. Liaison with customers for submission of any specific documents for project submission / order execution. Employment - Full Time Language Proficiency: English, Arabic will be an added advantage. Job Title - Sales Coordinator & Project Expeditor Location - Doha, Qatar Education Requirement - Graduation/Engineer / MBA (Sales / Marketing) Experience - Total 4-5 Years' Experience with Pipe Manufacturing Co. / Steel Industry / Pipes & Fitting Package Suppliers to Oil & Gas Industry in QATAR / EPC contracting companies. Candidate Profile - Candidate should have exposure for Admin work, Documentation work, Maintaining Monthly OR Weekly report, Making Quotations, Delivery notes, Invoicing using Software's like CRM, Orion etc. Follow-up and keeping track of deliveries and collaborate with senior sales staff for day-to-day jobs. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed. Experience with analytics and online advertising, and proven success in the creation of marketing campaigns - Candidate will be part of the core team for Qatar Business Development working under Sales Manager & General Manager and is expected to carry out the following activities:
