The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely execution of facade works in line with project specifications, budgets, and client requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of facade systems, project planning tools, and excellent coordination skills to support smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules and planning documents for aluminum and facade works.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to align schedules and resources.
Analyze critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, including progress updates, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, client specifications, and facade industry standards.
Support cost control teams with progress data to align with budget tracking.
Participate in project meetings and provide planning input to resolve scheduling and sequencing challenges.
Assist in claim preparation, extension of time (EOT) submissions, and delay analysis when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
.
4-7 years of experience
in project planning within the
Aluminum & Facade industry
in the UAE/GCC.
Proficiency in
Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office tools
.
Strong understanding of facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing works.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards, project specifications, and facade practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under strict deadlines

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
