Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Project Manager

to oversee

interior fit-out and joinery

projects from conception to handover. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing all aspects of

villa interiors

, including civil works, MEP, ceiling, flooring, and finishing works. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage interior fit-out and joinery projects from design conception to final handover. Prepare and review

BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets

. Conduct material selection and procurement while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Oversee site activities, including

labor management, subcontractor coordination, and workflow supervision

. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Monitor project progress, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements. Conduct

site inspections

and snagging to ensure flawless project completion.

Knowledgeable in all aspects of villa interior works including ceilings, switches, fabrics, flooring, marble works, civil works, MEP coordination, and finishing details.

Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and budget tracking. Coordinate with clients and design teams to ensure project requirements are met. Must possess a valid

UAE driving license

.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in BOQ preparation, estimation, and budgeting. Strong project management and site supervision skills. Ability to manage and lead labor teams effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with all interior fit-out and joinery processes in villa projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery project management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Immediate joining within 1 day after interview.
