Lead, plan, and execute interior fitout projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and manage project schedules, procurement plans, and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may arise.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, variations, and approvals.
Ensure quality control measures are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior fitout project management within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and construction methodologies.
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with local authority regulations (ADM, DM, Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.).
PMP certification is a plus.
UAE Driving License is required.
