Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree
*PMP certification (Scrum Master preferred)
*6-8 years of experience in project management
*Stakeholder Management
*Change Management - Basic
*Process Analysis - Advanced
*Project Management/Coordination - Advanced
*Business Intelligence Tools and Analytics - Intermediate
*Business Process Management - Intermediate
*Presentation Skills (written and verbal)
*Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
*Experience in presenting to senior forums
Responsibilities:
*Manage all project activities within TMO (meetings, MoMs, records)
*Coordinate stakeholder communication and transformation activities
*Arrange training sessions where required
*Maintain and track risk registers
*Deliver program updates and reporting in tight timelines
