What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects, ensuring scope, time, and budget targets are met
  • Manage cross-functional teams across IT, business, operations, and vendors to align deliverables
  • Oversee compliance-related projects such as Fircosoft Continuity, Fircosoft Trust, SAS AML, and FATCA CRS solutions
  • Develop project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor deliverables
  • Track risks and issues, escalate where necessary, and ensure mitigation plans are in place
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business and functional heads
  • Provide timely project reports on progress, risks, challenges, and solutions to senior management
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored appropriately
  • Drive adherence to project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and PMI standards
  • Foster communication and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in the banking sector
  • Proven expertise in Risk & Compliance projects within banking environments
  • Hands-on experience as Project Manager managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project (MPP) and project performance monitoring metrics
  • PMI certification or equivalent is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience managing teams of 5-10 members across technical and business functions
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems proactively, and negotiate effectively
  • Knowledge of banking processes, systems, and compliance frameworks
