Job Title: Project Manager - Banking Domain (UAE)

Location: Onsite - Dubai, UAE

Experience: 6 - 10 years Contract: 12 - months (extendable based on business requirements)

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with strong experience in end-to-end project delivery within the banking sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT background, familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and exposure to hyper automation or robotic automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and understand technical and functional requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) based on project needs.

- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

- Mitigate risks and resolve project-related issues proactively.

Requirements:

- 6-10 years of total industry experience, with a strong IT background.

- Proven project management experience in the banking sector in the UAE.

- Strong understanding of both technical and functional business requirements.

- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project delivery models.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience or knowledge in hyper automation and robotic process automation (RPA) is a strong plus.
