Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Project Manager

to lead the

Dhareeba 2.0 tax implementation project

. In this role, you will take full ownership of the projects success from planning and governance to delivery. Youll guide teams, manage timelines, control risks, and make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall project planning, management, and governance for Dhareeba 2.0. Build and maintain clear project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Create project charters, reporting structures, and risk management logs. Oversee progress reviews and provide updates to key stakeholders and authorities. Manage scope, budget, and timelines across all project workstreams and vendor teams. Identify and resolve risks or issues quickly while maintaining change control. Act as the main point of contact for project leadership and the Steering Committee.

Qualifications

Proven experience in leading large-scale

IT implementation projects

.

PMP certification

or equivalent is required. Strong skills in

risk management, issue resolution, and change control

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bilingual (English and Arabic)

preferred. Experience working with

public sector or tax authority projects

is an advantage.
