Own overall project management and governance for the Dhareeba 2.0 project. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Establish project charters, reporting frameworks, and risk logs. Lead regular progress reviews and status reporting to Authority. Manage project scope, budget, and timeline while coordinating all workstreams and vendor teams. Drive issue and risk management, implement change control procedures, and serve as the primary liaison to Authority leadership and the Steering Committee.
Requirements:
Proven leadership in large-scale IT implementations
PMP or equivalent certification
Strong skills in risk/issue management and change control
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management
Bilingual English/Arabic preferred
Experience with public sector or tax authority projects is an advantage
