Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with estimation, execution, site, and design teams to ensure timely and accurate survey report submissions.
Manage and allocate survey resources effectively to meet project deadlines and requirements.
Maintain and document daily reports on survey-related activities for assigned projects.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily evaluation reports to track milestones and deliverables.
Identify and resolve documentation issues through proactive analysis and monitoring of project reports.
Foster positive and productive relationships with supervisors, site engineers, and surveyors to ensure project success.
Ensure that all survey work complies with relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing or coordinating survey projects, preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of various survey techniques and tools (e.g., Total Station, GPS, Auto level, etc.).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
