Job Description

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager Engineer, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of engineering projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Review Tender Drawings, Quantity Survey, Tender Bids Review, and Site work inspections. Develop detailed project timeline, plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Monitor project progress, identify, and address issues, and ensure project objectives are met. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently. Prepare and present project progress status reports to stakeholders and team members. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering. Strong business acumen in project planning and management. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills in both Arabic & English. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts. Proven Construction site experience in project management (preferred residential villas experience). Proficient in project management tools and software. UAE Resident (Preferred Abu Dhabi). PMP certification is a plus.
