Job Description

Oversee and coordinate geotechnical and survey projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements. Conduct site assessments, evaluating soil conditions and geological properties to inform project designs and execution. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and project updates. Prepare detailed reports and documentation, summarizing findings and recommendations for clients and regulatory bodies. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering professional development and collaboration among staff. Utilize advanced surveying and geotechnical software to analyze data and produce accurate models. Review and approve technical designs and proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards. Continuously assess project performance, implementing improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Familiarity with geotechnical analysis software and surveying tools, including AutoCAD and GIS applications. Physical ability to conduct fieldwork and site assessments, including lifting equipment and navigating various terrains. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on surveying techniques. Minimum of 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in geotechnical and surveying project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure. Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent are highly desirable.
