Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

to oversee piling and foundation projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing piling works safely, efficiently, and within budget, while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage all aspects of piling projects, including site setup, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Supervise site teams to ensure work is carried out according to technical specifications and safety standards Monitor daily progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues promptly Ensure compliance with project timelines, cost targets, and quality control Manage procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractors Conduct regular site visits, safety inspections, and project meetings Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations Provide technical guidance on piling techniques such as CFA, rotary, driven, bored, and micro piling Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to senior management

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing piling or foundation engineering projects Strong knowledge of piling techniques, ground conditions, and geotechnical principles Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on construction sites Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites

Working Conditions:

Site-based with regular travel to project locations Occasionally required to work extended hours or weekends to meet project deadlines

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
