Position Title: Project Manager - Piling / Shoring / Ground Improvement
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) with a strong background in piling, shoring, ground improvement, or civil construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of piling/shoring/ground improvement projects.
Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely project delivery.
Control project budgets, variations, and claims in line with contractual requirements.
Conduct regular project reporting and provide updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with UAE codes, regulations, and company standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in piling, shoring, ground improvement, or civil construction (contractor side preferred).
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of piling/shoring techniques (CFA, bored piles, diaphragm, secant piles, sheet piles).
Familiarity with ground improvement methods (vibro compaction, grouting, soil stabilization).
Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Other Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of UAE regulatory and authority requirements (DM, ADCE, Trakhees, etc.) preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
