Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of piling, shoring, and anchoring works across real estate development sites.
Review and validate geotechnical reports, foundation designs, and contractor methodologies to ensure optimal solutions.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align technical scope with project timelines.
Monitor site activities, resolve technical or execution issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Obtain necessary authority approvals and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and local codes.
Prepare and review technical documentation, progress reports, and method statements.
Lead value engineering efforts to optimize costs without compromising structural integrity.
Support the procurement process by evaluating technical aspects of piling and shoring subcontractors.
Represent Centurion Properties in client/consultant/contractor meetings related to foundation works.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum
12 years' experience
in execution & technical coordination related to deep foundation construction (piling, shoring, retaining structures), preferably with exposure to real estate or developer-driven projects in the UAE.
Project Management:
Demonstrated experience in managing site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving timely project execution.
Communication:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and reporting skills.
