:

We are seeking a

Project Manager

with proven expertise in luxury

retail interior fit-out and joinery

projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

wooden and steel fabrication

and a deep understanding of high-end retail environments. This role requires hands-on experience managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage

luxury retail interior fit-out

projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with clients, designers, and internal teams to align project expectations and execution. Supervise and collaborate with

woodworking and steel fabrication teams

to ensure precision and excellence. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with design specifications and brand guidelines for

luxury retail spaces

. Conduct regular site visits and quality checks to maintain superior craftsmanship. Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving any onsite challenges efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of local experience

in luxury retail interior fit-out and joinery. Strong understanding of

wood and steel fabrication

; ability to oversee detailed finishing work.

Experience in luxury retail projects

(e.g., flagship stores, boutiques, high-end brand stores). Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination. Strong communication and leadership abilities.

No MEP, No Civil Engineering, No Residential, No Commercial, No General Construction experience.
