We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

with a solid background in

civil engineering

and

proven experience in the UAE

to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, initiate, and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities. Ensure compliance with local regulations, UAE municipal standards, and international best practices. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation. Lead on-site teams and manage daily operations to ensure project progress and quality. Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Resolve technical issues, manage change orders, and ensure client satisfaction. Monitor safety protocols and implement quality assurance/control measures.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.

Minimum 5-15 years of experience

in civil construction/infrastructure projects.

At least 5 years of experience managing projects in the UAE

, with a strong understanding of local regulations, permits, and approval processes. Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure or building projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, high-rises). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.

Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes and safety standards. Budgeting and cost control expertise. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
