We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

for a leading construction company based

in Dubai

. The role involves overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and Dubai's local construction guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of construction projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients. Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and health & safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry in the UAE or GCC. PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical standards, and project planning tools. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving license is preferred.
