Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled project manager to lead and deliver interior fit outs projects from concept to handover, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely delivery.
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Oversee site works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with authority approvals.
Manage procurement, variations, and contractual obligations.
Conduct progress meetings and ensure smooth handovers.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in Civil/Architecture (PMP preferred).
3-10 years' interior fit-out experience.
Strong knowledge of MEP, finishes, and authority regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
