to lead and deliver high-quality projects within the construction and interior finishing sectors. The role involves managing aluminum works (facade, glazing, cladding, partitions, etc.) and fit-out projects (interiors, ceilings, flooring, joinery) from inception to handover.
The successful candidate will be results-driven, client-focused, and skilled at managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize aluminum & fit-out projects according to scope, budget, and schedule.
Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and commercial issues.
Review shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements.
Manage procurement schedules, cost control, and resource allocation.
Lead project teams and provide clear direction to engineers and site staff.
Conduct progress meetings and prepare project reports for stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion and smooth handover of projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in aluminum works and interior fit-out project management.
Strong knowledge of aluminum systems (facade, glazing, curtain walls, cladding) and interior fit-out finishes.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
