Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5+ Years (UAE - Mandatory)

KBC Group, a well-established Dubai-based business group with over 20 years of excellence across commercial interiors, home interiors, visual merchandising, advertising, marketing, and technology, is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out to lead interior projects across UAE.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong UAE fit-out experience, proven delivery of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects from planning to handover Develop detailed project plans, schedules, work programs, and resource allocation Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure strict compliance with Municipality regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks Monitor site progress, conduct regular site visits, and lead progress meetings Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and approvals Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Ensure timely documentation, approvals, and reporting Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication Resolve site issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in interior fit-out projects in Dubai Mandatory Dubai Municipality certification Proven track record of handling major interior fit-out projects in Dubai and other emirates Strong experience working with contractors, vendors, consultants, and authorities PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage
