Role Description

Elevare Interiors is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out to work with us on a per-project contract basis (not a full-time employment role). The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are achieved.

Experience in milestone-based project planning and Primavera (Oracle Primavera P6) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including milestones and critical path planning. Oversee project execution from design coordination to final handover. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project progress, risks, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and authority regulations. Conduct site visits and progress meetings as required. Prepare project reports, dashboards, and milestone updates. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in interior fit-out within the UAE. Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and milestone-based planning. Strong understanding of materials, fit-out methods, and project delivery workflows. Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.). Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under strict deadlines. UAE driving license preferred.
