We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing fit-out works in Dubai, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver interior fit-out projects on time and within budget Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and delays Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors for smooth workflow Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly Work with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials Verify that materials meet design and quality requirements before installation Monitor stock levels and coordinate logistics to avoid delays Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients Manage changes to scope and ensure client satisfaction at each stage

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out projects (residential & commercial) Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and local suppliers Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency in task management and CRM tools (e.g., Trello, Zoho Projects, MS Project) Fluent in English; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is a plus Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
