MEP, Civil, and Joinery
disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out works, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades, ensure quality execution, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full lifecycle of fit-out projects from planning to handover.
Coordinate and supervise all site activities including MEP, civil, and joinery works.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Review technical drawings and identify design discrepancies and propose solutions.
Manage procurement schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor work plans.
Monitor health & safety regulations compliance on-site.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and clients.
Conduct site inspections and snagging works before handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in interior fit-out project management.
Proven expertise in
MEP coordination
, civil works, and custom joinery.
Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
GCC/UAE experience preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License
