Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Oversee MEP and HVAC works ensuring compliance with project specifications
Handle authority approvals and inspections (e.g., Civil Defense, Municipality, DEWA, etc.)
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance on site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out projects
Strong expertise in MEP and HVAC-related works
Experience in obtaining authority approvals in the UAE
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-handling skills
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Immediate joiners will be an advantage
