We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

to oversee interior fit-out and joinery projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial, Health Care and residential fit-out works, with proven expertise in joinery, site execution, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee interior fit-out and joinery projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective measures when required. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively. Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality workmanship. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates with management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

5-10 years

of experience in project management within interior fit-out and joinery. Strong knowledge of joinery works, materials, and finishes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. UAE/GCC experience preferred.
