Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in interior fit out projects for luxury residences in Dubai. This leadership role entails managing high-end turnkey interior projects from inception through completion, ensuring impeccable quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong project management skills to drive excellence in every aspect of luxury interior fitouts. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all phases of luxury interior fit out projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. - Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and communication. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks specific to luxury residential interiors. - Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Manage procurement and logistics to secure quality materials and resources on schedule. - Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to maintain project momentum and quality control. - Prepare and present project reports updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience managing turnkey interior fit out projects for luxury residences, preferably in the UAE market. - Strong knowledge of luxury interior materials, finishes, and construction methods. - Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in Arabic is required; English language skills are a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality standards.
