Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Project Manager

who will take ownership of projects from initiation to successful delivery. The role involves managing

ICT-based projects, structured cabling, infrastructure works, lighting, and ELV systems

while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects

end-to-end

, from planning and design review to implementation, testing, handover, and closure. Oversee and manage

ICT projects

, including

network infrastructure, structured cabling, and AV solutions

. Handle

lighting and ELV systems

installation, testing, commissioning, and integration with other systems. Review, interpret, and coordinate with

technical drawings, layouts, schematics, and BOQs

. Conduct and lead

site meetings

with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment. Prepare and maintain

project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and risk assessments

. Ensure compliance with

health & safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations

. Lead and mentor project site teams to ensure productivity and efficiency. Act as the

single point of contact

for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Client Relationship Management

: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships to secure repeat business and ensure client satisfaction.

Budget and Cost Optimization

: Develop cost estimates, manage project budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Technology Integration

: Stay updated on emerging technologies in

home automation

,

AV systems

, and

network infrastructure

to recommend innovative solutions for projects.

Training and Mentorship

: Mentor junior team members or site staff to build project management capabilities within the organization.

Post-Project Evaluation

: Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, gather client feedback, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field). Minimum 5+ years of proven experience managing

ICT, structured cabling, and ELV projects

. Strong knowledge of

home automation, networking, infrastructure, and AV systems

. Ability to read, analyze, and coordinate with

engineering and technical drawings

. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficiency in

MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite

. PMP / Prince2 or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. UAE/GCC market experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications

:

Experience with Smart Home Technologies

: Familiarity with platforms like Crestron, Control4, or Lutron for

home automation

projects.

Certifications in ICT or ELV Systems

: Certifications such as BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) or CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) for

AV systems

.

Risk Management Expertise

: Experience in developing risk management plans specific to ICT and infrastructure projects.

Agile Project Management

: Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies to enhance flexibility in managing dynamic ICT projects.
