Job Description

Position Overview:

An experienced On-Site Project Manager is required to oversee mega-scale projects involving Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Extra-Low-Voltage (ELV) systems. The candidate must demonstrate significant experience managing large, complex sites and ensuring effective coordination and execution of all project activities.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI or an equivalent internationally recognized body. Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate deployment (preferred Abu Dhabi).

Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing ICT and ELV projects, specifically in large-scale, high-value projects. Proven track record of successful project delivery within stipulated timelines and budgets. Strong expertise in ICT infrastructure, structured cabling, data centres, security systems, CCTV, access control, and related ELV solutions. Demonstrated capability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors, and interface effectively with consultants and stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements within the UAE related to ICT/ELV installations. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills. Strong understanding and implementation of site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Effective coordination and communication with suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant technical discipline. Familiarity with UAE construction standards and guidelines, particularly for governmental or large private-sector projects.
