Lead high-rise projects from mobilization to handover. Only candidates with hands-on experience in G+8+ buildings will be considered.
Responsibilities
Full ownership of project delivery: schedule, cost, quality, safety, compliance
Manage site teams, contractors, clients, and contracts
Control budgets, timelines, and recovery plans
Ensure HSE, regulatory, and quality compliance
Resolve technical and commercial issues
Requirements
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
11-15 years construction experience, 5+ years in high-rise projects
Proven record of completing at least one full project
Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada
Valid Driving License

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
