Construction Manager - High-Rise Building Project (Dubai)

Important Note:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage the complete execution of a high-rise building project in Dubai, from planning to handover. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in high-rise construction, leadership skills, and a proven record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

*Manage and supervise the overall construction activities from mobilization to final completion and handover.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.

*Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project milestones.

*Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, QA/QC, and Planning departments.

*Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.

*Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports for management and clients.

*Control project costs and manage resource allocation effectively.

*Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

*Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and safety standards.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

*Minimum 10-15 years of UAE experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role.

*Proven experience in high-rise building projects from start to finish.

*Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and coordination.

*Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local authority standards.
