Job Description

Project Execution & Site Management

Manage on-site execution of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in coordination with main contractor and other trades. Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Construction Planning & Coordination

Prepare and implement short-term construction plans aligned with project milestones. Coordinate between MEP subcontractors and civil/structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.

Resource & Manpower Management

Allocate resources, labor, and materials efficiently for maximum productivity. Supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors for daily MEP activities.

Quality Control & Assurance

Ensure high standards of workmanship and strict compliance with QA/QC procedures. Conduct inspections and ensure all MEP installations meet project and regulatory requirements.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Enforce strict adherence to HSE guidelines and promote safety-first culture on site. Ensure all site personnel use proper PPE and follow safe work practices.

Technical Issue Resolution

Review shop drawings and resolve technical/site-related issues in coordination with the design and engineering teams. Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily and weekly progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures. Prepare progress reports and participate in client/consultant meetings.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure snag-free handover of MEP systems to client as per project completion schedules.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
