Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)

The

Construction Project Manager

will be responsible for overseeing the complete execution and delivery of high-rise building projects -- from planning and design coordination to handover -- ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of high-rise building construction, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation. Supervise and coordinate the work of project engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and consultants. Review design and structural drawings to ensure feasibility, compliance, and constructability. Prepare and monitor project schedules (using Primavera P6 or MS Project) to ensure timely delivery. Control project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authority requirements. Manage quality control procedures in coordination with QA/QC teams. Oversee site safety compliance and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Prepare periodic progress reports for management and stakeholders. Lead project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

UAE construction standards

. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

Successfully completed at least one

high-rise building project (40+ floors)

in Dubai or the UAE. Experience working with

international consultants

and

main contractors

. Sound understanding of

value engineering

and

cost optimization techniques
