Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage fit-out projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and manage risks.
Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
Prepare and present regular project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and quality.
Mentor and guide project teams to optimize performance and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
PMP certification
preferred; alternatively, minimum
10 years of experience
managing fit-out or interior construction projects.
Proven experience in handling complex fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Bilingual proficiency.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
