Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager - Fit-Out

to lead and deliver interior fit-out projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will manage project execution, coordination, cost control, quality, and client relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

Manage fit-out projects from initiation to handover, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Develop project programs, work schedules, and resource plans. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
Site & Team Management

Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment as per project requirements.
Cost Control & Commercial Management

Control project budgets, track expenditures, and monitor cost performance. Review subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts. Identify and implement value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Enforce HSE policies and local authority regulations on site. Conduct inspections, snagging, and quality audits prior to handover.
Client & Consultant Coordination

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Attend progress meetings and prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues. Manage approvals, RFIs, submittals, and design coordination.
Procurement & Contract Administration

Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of materials and subcontractors. Review contracts, scope of work, and subcontract agreements. Manage change orders and contractual correspondence.
Project Handover & Close-Out

Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning (if applicable), and handover. Coordinate as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and final documentation.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum

8-12 years

of experience in interior fit-out projects, with at least

5 years in a Project Manager role

. Strong experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out works within the UAE or GCC.
Technical & Professional Skills

In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and site execution. Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, drawings, and project controls. Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Soft Skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred

Valid UAE driving license. Experience working with high-end or fast-track fit-out projects.
