Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee interiorfit-out projects
from initiation to completion. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, site execution, quality, and client coordination to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close fit-out projects within scope, time, and budget. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients. Oversee site operations and ensure quality standards and safety compliance. Monitor project costs and manage procurement and materials. Lead handover and snag resolution processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project coordination. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project documentation. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED14,000.00 per month
